Rear extension and loft conversion

This mid-century end-of-terrace house required a comprehensive renovation to accommodate the needs of a growing family. The clients expressed a strong desire for communal spaces where they could gather for family activities, while also seeking individual areas for personal retreat.

To fulfill these requirements, the house underwent an extension at the rear, with the addition of a porch. Furthermore, a new bedroom with an en-suite shower was incorporated into the loft space, providing additional functionality and comfort for the family.
